How do I place an order? This page guides you through placing an online order. (If you do not wish to place your order online, please see our other ordering options.) To jump to specific information, see the Frequently Asked Questions above. To begin, click on any category from the column on the left side of the screen:

Click on any subcategory that is listed.
To view information about a specific item, click on it. Some video items also list both DVD and VHS choices.
To Search for an item by title or key word, click “Search” on the left hand column.
To purchase an item, view the item you want, then click the “Order” button. You will see your “Shopping Cart.”
How do I order more than one of an item? You can change quantity of items here, or delete items from your Shopping Cart from here as well. Your subtotal will be shown (without shipping/handling).
How do I continue shopping after selecting an item?
To continue shopping, you may:
......Click “Keep Shopping”
......Use your browser’s “back” button to go back to a category
......Click on any category in the left hand column
If at any time you wish to review what is in your Shopping Cart, you may click on “View Order” in the left hand column.
When you are ready to check out, click the “Checkout” button in your Shopping Cart.
Fill in your full name address, and other contact information.
How do I have an order shipped to someone else? If you want your order to be sent to a different address, click the “Other” selection and fill in the different name and address information.
Can you ship outside of the USA? A dropdown menu on the order form lists all of the countries that Deaf Missions can ship to. (If you are from Canada, be sure to read our important information.)
Which shipping option do I choose?
Choose the shipping method you prefer (costs vary).

......If you want your order fairly quickly, choose: USPS First Class (3- ......5 days after being shipped)
......If you’re in no hurry, choose: USPS Standard (1-2 weeks after being shipped)
......If you want to be able to track your package, choose: UPS Ground (3-6 days after ......being shipped)
......CANADA:
......If you want your order shipped through the USPS, choose CANADA USPS (5- ......10 days after being shipped)
......If you want your order shipped through US, choose CANADA UPS (10- ......14 days after being shipped)
......ANY OTHER COUNTRY:
......Choose: Foreign Ground (other than U.S. & Canada)
Can you rush my order to me? If you are in a hurry or if you need your order by a certain date, please contact us by phone (712-322-5493). Rush shipping options may be available. (We cannot guarantee rushed shipping times if you only request it in your online order.) Please know that any rush shipping options will require additional charges.
What is a Gift Message? If your package is being sent to an “Other” address and you would like us to include a message, please type a brief message in the field, “Include this message with my gift”
Do you gift wrap? We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. We will include a “Gift Message” if it is typed into the “Include this message with my gift” field, but the item(s) will not be wrapped.
How do I cancel an order? You may cancel your order at any time by clicking “Cancel."

What kind of credit cards does Deaf Missions accept?
Choose what kind of credit card you will be using. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
Type your card number in the “Card or Account Number” field.
Choose the expiration date that is shown on your credit card.
Review your shipping information to make sure everything is correct.
Enter your E-mail address in the “E-mail Address” field.
Will I receive confirmation of my order? If you want to receive a confirmation of your order, check the “E-mail me a copy of my order” box.
If you would like to receive a brief survey about your shopping experience, choose “Yes” in the next field, or “No” if you would rather not.
If you have any additional comments about your order, you may enter them in the “Comments (optional)” field.
How do I leave special delivery instructions? Please note that we are unable to control how individual mail carriers deliver packages. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please contact your local carrier.
Click the “Continue” button.
Review all of your shipping and billing information to be sure it is correct. Your purchase total with shipping/handling will be noted on the right hand side.
To edit any shipping or billing information, click either “Edit” buttons.
Click “Send Order” to complete your purchase.
How soon do you ship orders after they are placed?
We do our very best to ship orders within one business week, though we do allow a second week to avoid backorders in case the item(s) you request are not in stock. If your order is time-sensitive, please call us by phone (712-322-5493).
When will I receive my order?
To calculate an approximate time your order will arrive, add how soon we ship orders from Deaf Missions to the shipping (in transit) time.
We will receive your order and process it as soon as we can. If you asked to receive a confirmation email, it should arrive in your inbox shortly. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped.
Can I place an order without using a credit card online?
Yes. We also accept checks or money orders made out to Deaf Missions. You may write down the items you wish to purchase, along with your full name, address, phone number and/or email, and send it with payment to:

Please be sure to include payment for the total of all prices combined, and also add $5.00 for our standard shipping.
You may also call us (712-322-5493) to place your order with a credit card. Or you can fax your order to us (712-322-7792) with your credit card information.
What is your return policy?
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please let us know, and we will replace it right away.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. (Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.)
